Deliveries were all fine, but the drivers couldn't follow simple instructions, resulting in extra work for other employees and the customer (me). I had requested that the pallet be unloaded, given permission, and that the delivery be taken back. However, the driver refused, and I had to do it myself. I also had to make four separate phone calls to arrange for the pallet to be picked up again.
My son was able to complete his introductory apprenticeship as a commercial vehicle automotive technician at Planzer. He was overjoyed. Many thanks to the Planzer team!! Highly recommended!!! Best regards
