My first time skiing, the staff were incredibly friendly. Since I was a foreign tourist, she patiently explained everything to me, and I only spent 20 francs to rent a very good set of ski equipment. She even recommended a fantastic ski resort to me.
The store has a great location, right across from the train station. The staff are friendly, and the rented Snowshoes are good and reasonably priced.
Excellent service, and my broken carbon fiber pole (LL) was replaced free of charge.
