Definitely not a recommendation from us! We had GLB completely remodel our garden. The quote was revised and discussed several times to avoid any unpleasant surprises (that was the plan...). The work started later and took significantly longer than agreed, and we had to repeatedly ask when the work would continue. GLB didn't offer a building inspection, so we had to take action ourselves several times. After receiving the final invoice, we asked for a clarifying meeting, but initially received no response. An appointment was only made after more than 12 months (!), after we received a reminder and had to contact them again! Conclusion: Not all of the agreed work was completed, but the final invoice was naturally higher than the original quote. The completed work, however, is OK. Communication was difficult, and GLB wasn't accommodating, which is a shame!

Top company. I would recommend them to anyone. Sure, mistakes happened. But nobody's perfect. Mistakes happen everywhere. We weren't entirely satisfied with the electrician either, but it was fixed immediately. That doesn't make the whole company bad, though. Everything else was excellent. Clean work. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We were always kept informed about what was being done. Top-notch.

Very poor and overpriced. It's hard to put into words how poorly done the work was without being insulting. We wanted to completely remodel our house with GLB, but we're not going anywhere. The electrician was tasked with checking the outlets and hanging up lamps. Two of the three outlets stopped working, and the third was cut out too large. One lamp was installed and didn't even work. After I complained, some of the defects were partially remedied, while the rest were ignored. Furthermore, I was charged for switches that weren't installed. After the second complaint, directly to the manager, I received an email from some temporary employee stating that he rejected the allegations and that the work had already been completed. For an amount of over €2,000, you can expect 100% work. Fortunately, we documented everything and had it inspected by a professional electrician. We are now considering taking legal action and posting all photos of the work online so everyone can form their own opinion.
