I rented a roof box and I'm absolutely thrilled! Even the initial contact was super friendly and transparent: I immediately received all the pricing information and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived with the car, everything was installed professionally and quickly. Two employees precisely measured the racks and roof box to ensure they fit perfectly. The THULE roof boxes were state-of-the-art, securely lockable, and everything was ready to go after just ten minutes. What was particularly nice was that I was even offered a coffee during the short wait – that made the ten minutes fly by. Dropping it off went just as smoothly: I was able to simply drop off, the roof box was removed within a few minutes, and I was back on the road immediately. The team is not only extremely competent but also really helpful, and you can tell they know a lot about roof boxes. Overall, a fantastic service, highly recommended!
