Florian and the team took the time to help me find a solution that was correctly priced and I was very thankful for the extra effort, help and support. Small package sent guaranteed 24 hour delivery Tuesday 3rd May from GB failed to deliver on Fri 6th then returned it to a station closed for two days so unable to pick up before returning to GB. Utterly hopeless. Worse than useless. Package contained required medicines and passport. Therefore dangerously poor and unreliable.
