I've already called twice and asked for a callback and more information. They don't seem to feel the need to provide good customer service.
Schwab is our plumbing company. They come immediately when we urgently need them. Friendly and efficient help on the phone. Friendly and very clean employees. The systems they recommended and installed 15 years ago are still working well. We will remain loyal to this company.
Unfortunately, we've been waiting for six weeks for a callback to schedule an appointment. In the meantime, we've had a flood and have tried calling countless times without success; it seems our number is so well-known that no one even answers anymore! We've finally found someone who was available immediately, which is a shame because we wanted someone local.
