I am writing to complain about the behavior of an employee at your branch on Solothurnstrasse in Kirchberg (kiosk in the shopping center). The incident occurred today, January 26, 2026, at approximately 12:20 p.m. To my knowledge, the employee's name is Ms. Wyss (short gray/silver hair). Her demeanor towards me was very unfriendly and disrespectful. She neither greeted nor said goodbye to me, rolled her eyes several times during our conversation, and spoke to me in an inappropriate tone. Although I speak Swiss German, and she must have noticed this, she deliberately spoke to me in Standard German. Furthermore, she corrected me during our conversation when I gave her my mobile phone number, which I found unnecessary and condescending. Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable to me. I expect respectful, friendly, and professional service at your branch. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and investigate the employee's conduct accordingly. Sincerely,

The worst kiosk. The man with the gray hair who usually works there is awful. He's very rude and takes the receipts from the kiosk, even though it's too good for his own good, and checks to see if he's won. He couldn't even wait until I left. I would never go there again to check a lottery ticket. It's not clean and rips people off. The kiosk is located on Solothurnstrasse near the Wegmüller store.
