Unfortunately, one employee often comes across as unfriendly, which spoils the customer experience. However, as soon as he's on vacation, the rest of the team is extremely warm and accommodating.
A strange experience for a new customer. Having to weigh glass, paper, cans, and scrap metal is new to me. At other regional recycling centers, this is free. So, I doubt I'll be returning.
Unfortunately, I'm very shocked by how unfriendly and unprofessional I was treated as a new customer. I'm not familiar with Brings, although I have the app, nothing was explained to me about how the process works, etc. I wasn't even spoken to; I was practically ignored. So I took the initiative and spoke to someone who just stood there for 10 minutes, barely paying attention to me. After that, I was very unenthusiastically told to get a cart, load my waste onto it, and then weigh it. I wanted to find a new recycling center because I wasn't satisfied with the old one... but I'm quite unsure what to think of Brings.
Clean old paper (including books) can be deposited - free of charge!
Very friendly and accommodating! They took the time to explain the app and the process to me in detail. Everything is very simple and the app is also very modern. I'm happy to pay the annual fee (since I unfortunately don't belong to a supported community). Keep it up! :)
Very efficient, cost-effective, and easy disposal of all kinds of things. Especially with the app and advance booking, there are no waiting times! Super friendly and competent staff.
