We received a very warm welcome from Philippe, even though we hadn't made an appointment. He immediately told us a bit about the farm. He quickly fetched some bread, and we were even allowed to feed the Highland cattle with him. We were also able to buy flour and ancient spelt flakes from the farm. There was also various meat and apple juice for sale. All in all, it was a spontaneous and delightfully wonderful experience.
