Waiting more than one and half hours for luggage. Then came a broken one. When I go to the office the staff told me that they could not make a report. Because the suitcase was not totally broken and had not a hole. When I told them that the new suitcase is deflated they replied with no total damage no report. By asking for a certificate of that I was at their office they refused very rude. When I wanted to take a photo to show I was there they were not allowed with a Signage “no photo “. Actually the sign says no photos of staff. Very bad experience!
Unprofessional. No news, cannot be called, emails are not answered, ping ponged . They want 25 chf to get my property left in their Emirate plane's seat which I reported immediately after landing in Zurich. In Indonesia, I left phone on the plane seat they immediately give back to me for free!
I've been waiting for my luggage for 2 weeks now, no one is answering the phone (I waited once for over 50 minutes on the line just to see if someone will pick up - nothing). They do not answer to emails either. This was a very bad experience.
Very bad service, and ignorant. The shift supervisor said to go to the gate aprox. 1km away from his office without giving me the reference number, and at the barrier/gates they didn't let me in, so I had to go back on foot and get the reference number, because the shift supervisor didn't do his job properly!!! And in the meantime someone else took my place to load so I had to wait more than 1 hour.
Worst airport management I've ever experienced! Horribly understaffed at check-in. What seems like a good idea of staff rotating between airlines is TERRIBLE as agents just leave to go elsewhere in spite of huge wait lines of people worried about missing their flights.The poor agents are getting yelled at by all the passengers who were anxious, angry, and frustrated as we waited over an hour to just check our bags, as we had already checked ked in online. Because the agents handle all airlines, it takes them forever to look up each traveler. Average time to take care of a group of 2 was 7-10 minutes! The Zurich airport needs to SERIOUSLY RE-EVALUATE how they run their operations!!!!!
I had a flight from Madrid to Zurich and my 2 luggage stayed in Madrid. The Dnata team from the airport informed they would deliver my bags at my place, and so far, I`ve got no updates. This is not the first time that I have a missing luggage from Dnata logistics
