In October 2024, I requested a quote from this insurance company. It was delivered via email. A few days later, I wanted to purchase the policy. Since then, I've had a few calls, but unfortunately, nothing else. Five months later, I still don't have insurance. I'm very disappointed with this insurance company; apparently, it's not that important to find new customers. 😒😞

I had a very extensive water damage claim after 20 years of insurance with Emmental. The claim settlement was delayed for many months. The reimbursement amounted to approximately 10% of the coverage limit and about 5% of the damage. It makes you wonder why you paid premiums for 20 years.
