Very courteous, friendly, and always finds a suitable solution, even in impossible situations. No complaints; orders are carried out as planned without any complications. Highly recommended.
I wouldn't recommend the Ruch company to anyone. I lent the employee a 13-7 mm quick-release coupling for the trailer; otherwise, they wouldn't have been able to transport me from Adligenswil to my home. Today, a driver for this company, with license plates BE 490 953, honked his horn and flashed his headlights at a car in front of him traveling at 90 km/h on the highway. I witnessed this dangerous and unprovoked behavior. Especially since there were slowdowns and he took the next highway exit... a kilometer further on! The minimum speed limit on the highway is 80 km/h; it would be wise to remind this driver of that instead of endangering everyone. It's shameful for Denner (whose advertisement is on the trailer) to work with this company!
