One star is definitely too much – not recommended as a property manager. Tenants are treated disrespectfully and treated like fools. Unfortunately, I've only had bad experiences – the owner, G., verbally attacked us several times. They even save themselves the postage for sympathy cards...
From the viewing to the handover, a very positive experience with the management! The manager was very friendly and accommodating; there was only a slightly longer wait time (1 week) for the application to be processed, but they were always kept informed of the current status upon request.
One star is too much – speechless… Slander and insults – the managing director/CEO is simply incompetent and disrespectful! Recommendation – rent elsewhere!
We used TBG as our property manager and can only say one thing: Disaster! We had to wait almost !!half a year!! for the rental deposit to be returned, even though nothing major had occurred during the takeover. They never communicated that certain steps would take longer; we had to constantly ask... The standard answer is always the same: "Processing can sometimes take a while. But it should be done in the next XY days." But that rarely applied... I never had this problem with the previous management company...
I went to this trust office based on a recommendation from a friend. Very friendly and competent advice! I highly recommend it!
I cannot assess the fiduciary activities; simply overwhelmed as a property manager.
