Great service at fair prices, Christian helped me with my bikes multiple times and I fully trust in his assessment. While he is not in the store permanently he lives close and it was always possible to arrange an appointment also on short notice.

Great service! I bought a Niu electric scooter, which, by the way, is a pleasure to ride. The scooter had a minor problem that prevented it from running. Christian didn't hesitate to pick up the bike from me in his van, and I was able to pick it up that afternoon, already repaired. He even gave me a replacement scooter! It's worth mentioning that the Niu representative also provided immediate assistance. Highly recommended!
I had a flat tire, and it was a Monday. All the bike mechanics were closed. Here, the phone was answered anyway, and I was able to stop by spontaneously. The damage was repaired, and I was able to continue my ride. Awesome service 😀 …
