LESS THAN 1 STAR for sure!!! Pizza delivery exceeded 1 hour and 20 minutes. The order was 2 small pizza and if cut to 4 pieces, each slice costs almost CHF 5. That cost for such ordinary small slice?? The pizza was mediocre, dry, flavor was nothing special, dough was like carton board. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. We called the Küsnacht branch and the service was rude and not friendly at all. We even felt reprimanded for asking information on our pizza since we never received an email confirmation as promised... We never knew if our online order had even gone through... I'm never ordering from Dieci again. I don't recommend it to anyone!!

Ordering for delivery since a while and the pizza is always good but the last three times the pizza is coming always later and later and it arrives cold. Before it was not like this. Don’t know what changed.

Pizza is really good. One of the best in the area. You can either pass by and pick up your order or have it delivered at home. You can choose among different pizzas (also different sizes), some pasta and some typical italian deserts. Pizza never disappointed us.

We live in the area and have ordered many times at dieci Küsnacht. It’s really a pity - but they’re not capable of providing a stable service with their pizzas. I haven’t found out why the pizzas from dieci in Rapperswil are much better. Not even the type of pizzas they offer is the same every-time you order it… Like if you order rucola you receive it once with the separated rucola and parmigiano and the next time they deliver it without parmigiano, when you call and explain they tell you you’re wrong it’s never with parmigiano… I used to order salame piccante with olives - wow today it was really to much for me… I received a pizza with salame and peperoncino but like and overkill of it. 🫣😳🙄😵🥴it was awful. No taste just horribly hot. These were just 2 slices in the picture. What was the purpose of the person preparing this? Where is the love?

I've been visiting this place a lot lately and i'm amazed by the warming welcome of the staff here, the food is wonderful and delicious. The place is warm and cozy. It's totally worth a visit or two.
