I configured my family vacation to the Maldives on the Swiss TUI website, but haven't submitted anything yet. When a question arose, I sent an email to TUI. A short time later, Mr. Tränkle from TUI Küsnacht contacted me by phone. At first, I was a bit perplexed, as we live in Hinterthurgau, and Küsnacht isn't exactly on the way. My question was answered very quickly, and I received excellent, straightforward advice. The employee seemed very competent. Thanks to the courteous service, I didn't even have to submit my configuration; instead, the travel documents were sent directly to me by email, and everything was visible on the app. Tränkle even double-checked our passports with the bookings to ensure no errors creep in. Nothing is left to chance when it comes to ensuring we have a wonderful vacation. The vacation was wonderful, and everything went smoothly. So, I send my warmest regards, especially to Mr. Tränkle.
