HÖLLER Swiss AG — Bodenstrasse 6, 6403 Küssnacht, Switzerland

On the recommendation of the architects Suter + Renner AG, Küssnacht, we commissioned Höller Swiss AG (located at the same address) for the interior finishing of our new single-family home project – a project with a seven-figure budget. Ultimately, we have to conclude that our experience with this company was disastrous: In the middle of the installation phase, Höller stopped all work (despite a construction contract) and resorted to extortionate tactics, demanding upfront payment of additional costs amounting to approximately 10% of the contract volume. These additional charges suddenly included travel expenses, hotel accommodations, even tax consulting fees, extra costs for quotes, labor costs, and so on – all amounts that were not listed in the construction contract or any correspondence. Any defects encountered during the work were denied, and in particular, no warranty claims were acknowledged. Consequently, individual rework items were billed at exorbitant rates, and other work was invoiced but never carried out. In the problematic cases we identified, it was claimed that we had presented these issues as part of our instructions. In summary, one can only be infuriated by the disreputable business practices of Höller Swiss AG and Höller GmbH, Leives, and we strongly advise everyone against doing business with this company. Even one star is too generous!
