I urgently needed to print a document and spontaneously stopped by the print shop. I was able to easily AirDrop the PDF and received a high-quality print. Unfortunately, I only had digital payment with me, which isn't yet accepted, and I didn't have any cash on me. They waived the fee without any problems. A very friendly and accommodating company.

My request for a PDF print job, sent as an email to Druckcenter am Rigi AG after midnight, was answered immediately that same night with the promise that the order would be completed as soon as possible once the PDF was available. I sent it that same night and found a friendly email in my inbox the next morning confirming that the order was complete and that I could pick it up at any time. Unfortunately, we will probably never understand why a proof print is charged when, firstly, a print order was placed (for the final product), and secondly, because it was a problem with the printer's color quality and not a "mistake" on the part of the client. It's a shame; we would have gladly supported a local business, but this is unacceptable!
