Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Of the three suits I took to the dry cleaners, one jacket had three small holes when I picked it up – two right next to each other, and one further down. At first, I thought it wasn't clean and complained. I was told they had noticed them too, but that they couldn't have been caused by the dry cleaners. I had briefly worn the jacket before taking it in for cleaning, and I would have noticed such damage, as it's immediately noticeable. Next time I take something to a dry cleaner that wasn't cheap, I'll take photos beforehand; it's just my word against theirs now.

WARNING: STAY AWAY!!! Stay away from this company! I took an expensive down jacket worth 1300 Swiss francs to the dry cleaners, and Fresh Laundry burned the sleeve. Of course, the man denied it. Never again!
