Was unable to fix my repair. Damaged the parts and I was left unable to ride my bicycle.
Perfect service, rather expensive. But the quality is very high (like Switzerland generally)
Absolutely not recommended. They list work on the invoice that was definitely not done. And when confronted, these people quickly become insulting, claiming the customer has no idea and that's just how it has to be. That was their explanation. One star is too much for this place.
I took my moped in for inspection and they claimed that certain engine parts weren't original, even though they are. On top of that, the list of defects included many parts and work that weren't even necessary. I felt ripped off. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Excellent service. I picked up my bike from the service center. Everything that was done was explained to me in great detail. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you!
