Since January 25, 2025, I have been requesting by email that the policy for two vehicles in the background be correctly filed every six months. As of today, March 18, 2025, this is still pending. I have received reminders, and there hasn't been a visit from the police regarding the removal of the license plates! If I receive any feedback at all, it takes weeks...
I've been waiting for a response to multiple email inquiries since April. Instead of an answer, I'm receiving payment reminders for cancelled insurance policies.
