He sold me a car where the gearbox was defective.
Unfortunately, he doesn't keep his word. He confirmed the appointment etc. in writing, and yet he sold the car to someone else just hours before the appointment without warning. It's a shame! The contact would have been friendly, but that's not reputable business practice!
I am very surprised by the negative message. I have been a customer of Humair garage for many years, and truly, never had any problems. The quality of the work is impeccable, the rare parts search service is particularly efficient and meticulous. The arrangements, such as travel to pick up vehicles for repair, are scrupulously rigorous in terms of time and hours. As for the issue of the billing service, the discounts granted are never forgotten. I can only highly recommend this company.
