A friendly, family-run travel agency that listens, is attentive, and offers excellent advice. We've taken several trips, both short and long, privately and in groups. We've always been very satisfied with their services. We've read some comments about fees being charged. For our part, they've always been very transparent about the fact that we would have to pay for any offers we didn't accept. All work deserves compensation, and this seemed entirely justified to us. We highly recommend them.

The agency's work wasn't bad, perhaps even good. We'll never know since we didn't complete the booking. However, quoting a 60 CHF fee to prepare the travel offer is already pushing it, even if we accepted the terms, but then going so far as to ask for 120 CHF is beyond the legal limit in my opinion. So, to avoid any hassle, we paid, but we certainly won't be returning to this agency.
