The worst and most underhanded insurance company, with the worst service I have ever experienced. Never again Zurich Insurance! Even though I cancelled years ago, they are still clinging to a restrictive contract. When I moved in with my partner, the household and liability insurance continued, meaning I'm doubly insured. But nobody there seems to care, even though it's illegal. I have to get involved with the consumer affairs program "Kassensturz" and my legal expenses insurance (thankfully not with Zurich)!!! Never again Zurich!!!
I've been with Zurich for years, but lately I've been disappointed. They don't call back when you ask for a specific person. And when they do finally get in touch, they just say they need to check something, and then you hear nothing more. So I wouldn't recommend Zurich... especially for new customers.
