Do not buy a phone from this company under any circumstances! It's a complete scam. They sold me a Sonim XP 10 phone for 1200 francs, and delivery took 38 days! The phone is of very poor quality, which doesn't surprise me because it says "Made in Shenzhen, China" on the back. The phone has all the hallmarks of a bad Chinese knock-off. For example, when you're in the camera app, there's a small circle in the bottom left corner that's supposed to let you view the photo you just took, but when I press it, it doesn't work. To view the photo, I have to go back to the main menu, go to the "File" tab, and then find the photo. After just one day in the rain, the phone already had a bubble under the main screen, even though it's supposed to be military-grade. Some features are completely defective, like the Bluetooth during calls, which you have to turn off and then back on to hear the other person, and many other details that demonstrate it's a poorly made phone. I offered to return the phone and get a refund, which they refused! In short, I strongly advise against buying your phone from this company because the phone you'll receive will be similar to what you can buy on AliExpress. They simply order phones from China for $100 or $200 maximum and charge you a very high price, well above the actual price of the phone, to maximize their profit. You won't have any right to return your phone. Once they've taken the money, they won't give it back. If you want a quality phone, then go and check out the official websites of Samsung, Nokia, Sony, Apple, etc. And if you're looking for an unbreakable phone, then go and buy directly from the official websites of the leading manufacturers in this sector.
