We've been using Recos in our work environment for some time now and unfortunately, we've found that the system doesn't meet our expectations. We would have preferred that users not be able to edit, move, or delete profiles with the corresponding statuses, but only be able to activate or deactivate them occasionally. It would also be ideal if forwarding could be done simply by entering a number. Unfortunately, we've always been told that this isn't possible, which we find very unfortunate.
