Excellent ADR course with great lunches!
I didn't like the customer's inability to understand the problem. But when I sent him a photo, with the problem clearly visible, he didn't realize that the two gloves were both on the same hand and therefore weren't paired, and one of the gloves was clearly dirty and used. I'm sorry, but I can't give positive publicity to dishonest people toward honest consumers who pay for this product's excellent quality and price. But I have some doubts. I hope it helps improve the quality of your product. Thank you.
The hose nozzle on the fire extinguisher is leaking after 2 months; no warranty. I was told it wasn't designed for daily use! No warranty. Instead, I was talked into buying a ridiculously overpriced nozzle. And other fire extinguisher service providers offer much cheaper service; I'm switching now.
After being fobbed off by Growag, I ordered five fire extinguishers from Brandschutz Ettiswil. One phone call, one service technician, installation, explanation... Top service, 5 stars +
