I am extremely disappointed with Concordia. My cancellation was rejected because of a single day's delay. It seems to me that Concordia is desperate to retain customers at any cost, instead of acting fairly and with goodwill. At the same time, they have massively increased their premiums, making this insurance simply unaffordable for me. What I find particularly infuriating is how they handled the situation. The local agency verbally assured me that cancellation was possible despite the one-day delay. At the same time, I was told that employees could lose their jobs as a result. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I also contacted the hotline, I was told that they couldn't discuss the matter over the phone due to data protection regulations. To me, this seemed like an excuse to avoid taking a clear stance and accepting responsibility. Overall, I find this behavior outrageous. No goodwill, contradictory statements, and no customer-oriented approach. I've made up my mind: never again Concordia.
