Over a year ago, we inquired whether the company could install a connection for a washer-dryer in our bathroom. The phone call was very unfriendly, and the requested quote was never sent. Despite repeated inquiries, we never received a response. After waiting for months, we hired another company, and they completed everything to our satisfaction within a week. Therefore, I cannot recommend Elektro Kohler!
