The event itself was good (since it wasn't organized by the team). The food was below average in quality, and, most importantly, the food ran out at every course (all-you-can-eat buffet) as soon as everyone had helped themselves. Not recommended in any way. What a shame about the beautiful house...
Fantastic food! It not only looks good, it also tastes excellent. The menu isn't too extensive, which makes choosing easy. Innovative and creative ideas have been incorporated into the menu.
Excellent service and food alike. My best friend and I spontaneously decided to eat there last night and left feeling truly happy and satisfied after a few hours. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding. From the amuse-bouche (a wonderful and delightful surprise) to the dessert and espresso, everything was exceptionally good. The chef at the Alte Mühle clearly understands the importance of presentation, as everything was beautifully arranged. The menu is small, but we actually found that to be a plus. It's also charming that the dishes are described and named in Bernese German. I can highly recommend it.
The Alte Mühle (Old Mill) has very beautiful, spacious rooms, and you can choose where you'd like to eat. There are several rooms inside, as well as an outdoor terrace. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The menu is well-designed and, in addition to familiar dishes, always includes some surprising new additions. The Alte Mühle is also a great venue for seminars. The price for the rooms, service, and catering is very reasonable. Finally, something is happening again at the Alte Mühle in Langenthal.
I've been eating at this restaurant almost every day since February 2021, and I can highly recommend it. The staff is also very, very friendly to the guests. Thank you so much!
