Arrogant and unfriendly staff
My last shopping trip there today. Unfriendly and not customer-oriented. At 6:17 p.m., the young lady told me she was closing. It closes at 6:15 p.m., but I could check online, but the kiosk was still open. When I asked why she was so inflexible and unfriendly, her response was: "Do you pay my overtime?"
This K kiosk is not recommended at all!!! When I went to pick up something I ordered from Too Good To Go today, a very short, dark-skinned woman was there who accused me of not coming earlier, even though I was on time. She was simply too lazy to serve me again and give me the items or the money back. Really think carefully before you buy anything there. Right now, I only know two people there who are actually willing to work.
I wanted to go to the kiosk this morning, October 24th, at 7:50 a.m. It was closed online, but marked as open. It's usually always open at this time. The staff also shows the poor organization of the junk shop!
This is a real old-fashioned kiosk, the kind you remember from back in the day. I like that. I received friendly service, got everything I needed, and even managed to snag a half-price bargain. The opening hours are a bit odd, though: why close at 6:15 pm? A little early, I think.
Rude treatment of customers; the young man from the former Yugoslavia treats customers disrespectfully and is rude. I will no longer buy anything at this kiosk. Please address this with your staff.
