Called Mr Berchtold and asked if he speaks English only to be told (in German) “we are in Switzerland - we speak German here”. He forgets that 25% of Swiss population are foreigners! Clearly he does not need more business and won’t get it from me! Thank you for reminding me that I live in Switzerland! I nearly forgot, but ignorant people like you give me a warm reminder.
