Best team ever! I'm rarely at AVAG and therefore not very familiar with everything. Every question is answered extremely kindly. The employees are incredibly helpful and always work with a smile on their faces! The job certainly isn't always fun, yet they make you feel like you're an important customer and that they enjoy their work! Simply fantastic! Thank you so much!
The AVAG waste disposal site generally offers a good option for disposing of a wide variety of items. The diversity of accepted waste is definitely a plus and makes disposal convenient and straightforward. However, I personally had a less pleasant experience with an employee. On one occasion, we were spoken to rudely because of an incorrectly disposed item. As customers who do their best to dispose of waste correctly, we felt disappointed by this reaction. A friendly reminder would have achieved the same result without upsetting the atmosphere. It's important to emphasize that not every customer is a waste disposal expert, and a more respectful tone could improve the experience for everyone involved. Overall, it would be desirable for the AVAG waste disposal site staff to be more sensitive and supportive of customers in order to ensure a pleasant and respectful atmosphere.
Waste bags bearing the AVAG logo are being charged twice here! That's fraud! Furthermore, they close early on Saturdays. Some employees are friendly, but most take their frustration out on the customers. Edit: If I buy a waste bag with AVAG printed on it in large letters, I expect to be able to dispose of it at an AVAG recycling center without any additional charges. Anything else is consumer deception! My suggestion: The municipality could relabel the bags!
Great place and very convenient waste disposal site. It's a shame that certain items are always in a different location, and one employee doesn't seem very nice or friendly. Next time, I'll probably not be so friendly either.
I dispose of cardboard, PET, plastic, and cider once a week this year... The team that's doing this now is amazing, such helpful, good-natured people, who always wave to you and help you when you need it. Disposing of waste is a huge joy, thank you so much for your great work!!! You are amazing!
AVAG Langnau is always a great experience for me – there's no better place to get rid of junk. Very friendly, helpful, and uncomplicated staff – I'm a fan!
