Besserfresser in Langnau is my go-to place when it comes to my four-legged friends' health. After a professional nutritional consultation with Ms. Jakob, I received a customized feeding plan for my dog, as she was suffering from joint pain. After just a short time, she was able to enjoy longer, pain-free walks again. Her quality of life has significantly improved since changing her food – even her coat has become thicker and smells better. For years we were customers with our allergic dog. On their advice, we had an allergy test done (costing around €450). Besserfresser received the results. When we inquired about the results and future treatment, we received an email with a link to book an hour of nutritional counseling. This seemed very strange to us. That's no way to treat good customers who have ordered their food exclusively from them for years. Luckily, we found a wonderful alternative. It's a real shame...

I went to Besserfresser to learn more about suitable food for my picky toy poodle and was delighted with my initial contact via email with Mr. Strub (competent and friendly) and the information he provided about the company. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and looked after by Ms. Jakob, who, through targeted questions, got to the heart of my poodle's needs and gave me excellent recommendations for his gastrointestinal health. The products (I only bought small quantities to test whether my toy poodle would respond) are a hit with my little gourmet, and she devoured her bowl of Swiss chicken and organic rolled oats with gusto and enthusiasm.
