I had the opportunity to complete my basic training as a team leader at WBZ Langwiesen. The instructor, Andrea Sägesser, possesses extensive expertise, which was extremely helpful. In addition, she provided me with individual coaching sessions, which positively influenced my experience and the implementation of various topics.
