Storm damage to a storefront above a conservatory. Email Mobi and describe the situation with pictures. Mobi reports the damage to the GVB and ultimately pays the statutory deductible for natural damage (10% / min. CHF 100). Conclusion: If the claim is resolved almost faster than the storm damage was caused, then the staff at Mobi GA Bern-West is great. Fast, competent, and friendly. Thank you very much.
