My application to change health insurance providers hasn't been processed for almost seven weeks. I'm told I shouldn't cancel my old policy without confirmation of acceptance. It's already the end of November, which is a shame. They're also not honoring the two-business-day response time for emails. But sending out promotional emails for insurance companies works perfectly...
