We called the transport company to ask if they were available. Then we had to specify the pick-up location and weren't sure exactly which station we'd be arriving at. Mr. Feuz then reacted quite rudely and unfriendly. We were supposed to be at the Mürren station at 3:30 pm, but Mr. Feuz didn't show up, so we had to hike up the mountain with our luggage in the rain and cold. This is absolutely no way to treat customers; the transport company has lost our business. A real shame.
Unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful! It's best to avoid using this transport altogether.
