VERY VERY FRIVOLOUS AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY! After viewing the apartment and submitting the documentation, we were informed that unfortunately we were not selected. Ok! After a few days they called, they told me that the tenant who originally said he would take the apartment has canceled also they seid to resend our documentation because they had thrown them away. This was all said thil Friday. On Monday when I called they said that the first tenant who canceled would still get the apartment. Meanwhile, I canceled another apartment.. This is how the Swiss treat foreigners we are second or third class people to them!!

My experience working with the trustee was an absolute disaster. Due to their inadequate work, I was reported for tax evasion – a serious accusation that should never have occurred. For services worth approximately CHF 240, one should expect the work to be completed correctly, thoroughly, and completely. It is also standard practice to ask questions if anything is unclear. This did not happen. What is particularly egregious is that while you offered assistance, you failed to provide it and didn't even respond to my emails. This behavior is an absolute disgrace and constitutes gross negligence.
