Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The views are stunning! The room we stayed in had its own private balcony and loft space. The room itself isn’t loaded with amenities but honestly we didn’t really miss anything that chain hotels would normally have. We spent most of our time outside or downtown Interlaken exploring everything it had to offer. Service here is honestly the BEST hotel & restaurant service I’ve ever experienced. They would bend over backwards for any request you could have. Great personalities & also professionalism. This hotel is about 15-20 mins from the city but it’s relaxing, stunning and still close enough to many attractions. I highly recommend this hidden gem if your travels take you to Interlaken!

Last-minute cancellation, terrible experience. made a confirmed reservation at this hotel, but they canceled it right before my arrival without any clear explanation or warning. I was left completely stranded with no alternative accommodation and had to spend the night on the street in terrible conditions. Although I never stayed at the hotel, the way they handled the situation was unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking here—this place is unreliable and puts guests at serious risk. Avoid at all costs.
We stayed here for two nights and had an incredible experience. The location was awesome, the room was good, and the views were breathtaking. They had a dedicated playroom for kids, which my child absolutely loved. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find rice, lentil soup (which we call sambar), and samosas on the menu. Everything was super tasty. More than the rooms, views, and food, what really stood out was the kindness of the people. We felt so welcomed by everyone, especially one gentleman who made us feel at home and was wonderful with my child. There was also an older lady who served us food and was very kind. They even made special food just for my child, which he loved. Overall, the stay was memorable, and we would love to visit again. Kudos to the kind-hearted staff who made us feel so welcomed.
Breath-taking views from the outside terrace. Inside, the restaurant is simple, but so charming. Good service, delicious food, especially the carrot soup with ginger, just amazing. The menu of the day is a great value for money and very tasty.
Nice mountain restaurant and hotel with spectacular views of lake and surroundings. Very tasty food. Friendly, but strange half self-service concept.
