The agency is good, they listen to your concerns and solve them if they can. My review is on the specific place. This place is perfect for workers but definitely not suitable for a woman who expects a clean and safe place to stay temporary. They should advertise the place in Lengnau as only for workers to avoid expectations.
All in all, the room itself was very nice and tidy, but there were a few problems: 1) The room was falsely advertised with a double bed on the listing, which had been broken by the previous renter, but not replaced with another double bed, rather a single bed. The manager had an explanation for it and let us know ahead of time, plus they added an extra single bed to make up for it, but it was still a big disappointment. 2) The trash in the room was only taken once during the entire two month stay! 3) The community kitchen was poorly managed and unkept. We were confidently told that renters are supposed to clean up after themselves, but the sink was often loaded and unavailable for use with dirty dishes and pans, trash was overflowing, and kitchen was grimy and dusty. The fridges are also too tiny to store much of anything in them. 4) For the high price of rent, this is NOT a good deal for what it offers.
people steal your food from fridges, owners charge money for cleaning the room but they don't do anything. ALWAYS PROBLEM WITH INTERNET, ALWAYS!!!!!
We had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and, above all, clean room. The room had everything you need for daily life. In addition to standard amenities like Wi-Fi, dishes, and a refrigerator, there was also a washing machine and dryer available for free use. Communication was seamless. Supermarkets, restaurants, and various attractions are in the immediate vicinity. We had a wonderful and unforgettable vacation and would love to return.
The room was clean and comfortably furnished; I was able to work there in peace.
