A cozy restaurant on the bank of the picturesque street in the historical center. The owner (?) was very nice, he speaks at least 3 languages and is always there to help. We ordered fish cream soup, tartar and chicken in wine sauce. I won't recommend these entrees as they were nothing special and tartar was more veggie than meaty. As for the chicken, the sause is peculiar but the meat was slightly overcooked. Overall, it was an ok meal, but we weren't positively impressed.

A place where time seems to stand still in the heart of Twann! The ambiance and service offer instant relaxation, and guests are treated with the utmost care. We were there for lunch and couldn't resist the local wine. The menu is very creative, and the summer dishes we enjoyed were artfully presented and perfectly seasoned. Even the amuse-bouche was exceptional. The outdoor seating area is highly recommended when the weather is nice. The hospitality is second to none.
We had the catch of the day, which was exceptionally well prepared. The wine recommendations (regional wines, of course) were also consistently spot on. The host was very friendly. We'd love to come back!
