Top-quality venison, incredibly tender and delicious. Excellent value for money for the dry sausages (my favorites). The baby beef is to die for! The animals live in the best conditions at the foot of the Chasseral mountain.
Excellent meats, customer for beef for years, we have never been disappointed! In 2023, their red deer farm opens its doors, it was logical that we would take a share of deer, there too, only beautiful pieces and really good quality! Thank you to them, for their know-how, their passion and for doing everything possible to respect the animal.
We ordered the baby beef twice. The meat is extremely tender and high-quality, and the cuts offered are varied. The Krieg family is very attentive to their customers' wishes and does excellent work.
