Top Service!!!
During the house construction phase, we ordered several skips in all sorts of sizes and also had to dispose of large bags. The service was always excellent: on time, delivered exactly where we needed it. And if they weren't sure, they quickly called to advise us on the best placement. The staff on the phone were always friendly and helpful. Ordering online is also incredibly easy – the form could use a bit of a refresh, but that's really nitpicking ;-)
I've been a customer on and off for many years and simply must express my sincere appreciation. Over all these years, orders have always been completed professionally and promptly. The staff is consistently friendly. Even the formwork boards under the skip (to protect the floor) were neatly laid to the side when the skip was picked up – where else do you find that these days? I highly recommend Neuenschwander.
What happened to me today is outrageous! I took a small plastic serving stand, a plastic garden umbrella holder, and two small pieces of Styrofoam to the recycling center! I had to pay 10 francs for it! Next time, I'm just throwing everything in the woods.
We needed a skip for mixed demolition waste. The tricky part was that it had to be placed directly in front of an underground parking garage entrance. Neuenschwander AG adhered precisely to the short, agreed-upon timeframe. Everything went like clockwork. We would gladly work with this competent and reliable company again.
Disposing of and recycling is a good thing, and I do my part. In Neuenschwander, you can easily drop off what needs to be disposed of. Yesterday, I had to buy household plastic bags at the post office again so I could dispose of the plastic in my community (unfortunately, so much is still packaged in plastic). However, I was very surprised to discover that the price of the bags had increased by 20%! I find this price hike rather excessive. It's almost like a "penalty" for recycling. What a shame.
