From the initial contact to the completion of the entire window replacement, everything went smoothly. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and competent. The planning, workmanship, and window installation were carried out precisely and very cleanly. The windows are of high quality. We are extremely satisfied from start to finish!
Our windows, over 40 years old, were replaced quickly, professionally, and cleanly with new Nyffeler windows. Even the initial measurements were taken in an open, communicative, and convincing atmosphere. The two window installers worked efficiently, listened to our concerns, created a positive atmosphere, and achieved their goal with ease and good humor, even though window installation can be considered hard work these days. The result is excellent, both visually and functionally. The instructions were very helpful, and in the end, the house was so clean it looked as if no tradespeople had ever been there. Shortly before we moved into our new apartment, while moving the sofa, we overlooked a small pane of glass, which was completely shattered. Since we only had one day to get it replaced, we needed to act quickly. After a phone call, I was able to drop off the window frame at Nyffeler AG in Lotzwil that same day. They took it from my car right there. Because I had several important meetings that day, they offered me direct home delivery. By the end of the workday, the window frame with the new glass was back in my apartment. I would like to sincerely thank them again for this excellent service and their quick response. Top-notch!
This company is unbelievable! The sales representative, M.K., refused to leave the building, and was still rambling on at 7:00 PM. Project manager A.S. thought he knew everything better and completely ignored my requests regarding the surface finish! The installer, JIMI, complained about his low pay and demanded a letter of recommendation to justify his higher wage demands. On top of that, the windows weren't even installed properly! The boss, CvS., was young and inexperienced, had no clue, and completely ignored the complaint! Absolutely not recommended!
A service-oriented company that never disappoints its customers. Great offers, which I was able to see at the exhibition. I can only recommend them!
