Nice place near zurich airport to sell plants and as well as they rent a hall for any family functions. Natural surroundings with lots of trees and plants.
I had a terrible experience with Blumenland. I rented some plants to use in a photoshoot and I asked for typical Swiss trees only in green and sent them pictures as references. They send me an offer and I approved, trusting they would send me what I asked on the references I sent. The problem is that they sent some coloured trees and Christmas trees (which were not on my references). I asked for replacement and they did, which was good, but the surprise came when the invoice arrived. The price was higher then the offer I approved and they claimed the extra cost was because I asked for a replacement. They didn't say in any moment this replacement would have an extra cost! They made the mistake and I needed to pay for it. Not fair and not professional. I don't recommend.
On my 2 visits, it was quiet. Wide range of plants. Staff friendly & helpful. It has a small quaint coffee corner too, still to try it out.

Simply wonderful :-) .. a huge compliment for so much kindness and empathy.. On December 8th, 2025, a beautiful, large swallowtail butterfly emerged in our apartment. The caterpillar had apparently sought refuge in our apartment during late autumn. My emergency call to Mrs. Meier was answered immediately, and despite the shop being closed, we were allowed to bring the swallowtail to the already prepared greenhouse. (see photo with food.) .. unbelievable, I was so incredibly happy.. A thousand thanks! The beautiful butterfly can now spend its Advent season there. Unique - thank you, thank you...
