Hafen Lüscherz — 2576 Lüscherz, Switzerland

A hidden gem! A great alternative to the popular Camping Erlach. The parking is convenient; there are almost no people, and there is a handy kiosk with delicious food and friendly people (check out the other reviews). We enjoyed the water and the vast green areas to play football, frisbee, or anything else. There are two sides, one with a great grill (only one, unfortunately), as you can see in the images. The area is very clean, and easy access to the water is everywhere. So if you want a calm place but not Erlach, this is it. Also, a nice stop with the bike when you ride around the lake. I will come back for sure.

Lüscherz - Small port at Lac de Bienne with pier connecting cruising ships from/to Bienne, nice lawn & beach for free, famous local bistro with snacks, camping ground, local museum pile builder (pfahlbauern), on bike and car route around the lake, opposite St. Peter Island

Relaxing and peaceful picnic spot next to the vast Biel Lake (Bielersee). Artificial beach for the kids to enjoy and plenty of safe swimming area. Parking is quite expensive.
