Never again Helvetia – stay away! My experience with Helvetia has been utterly disappointing. When it comes to collecting premiums, they're lightning fast – but when it comes to paying out, they cheat, delay, and look for loopholes. Instead of adhering to their own contracts, they use flimsy arguments to deny legitimate claims or endlessly postpone them. Customer service? Non-existent! Communication? Terrible! You're strung along, worn down by complicated processes, and ultimately left out in the cold. If you're looking for an insurance company that actually pays out when you need it, you should definitely go elsewhere. I can only advise everyone: Don't make the same mistake I did – avoid Helvetia!
