Terrible service! We wanted to have our wedding rings polished for our church wedding. I called twice to confirm how long it would take. The stated timeframe was six weeks, and I brought the rings in eight weeks in advance—a two-week "grace period." After bringing the rings in, I received a message from Rhomberg two weeks later stating that there wouldn't be enough time to polish them before the wedding, explaining that there were still several public holidays (three in total) in Germany. When I inquired why I was only receiving this information now, I was told that the rings hadn't been shipped until ten days after I brought them in. No solution or alternative suggestion was offered, except for the possibility of bringing the rings in AFTER our wedding?!
I went shopping for earrings with my godchild. The saleswoman's friendliness and patience were admirable! I would happily recommend this store and visit again!
