As a new customer, I unfortunately received a lot of incorrect information from Quickline. Swisscom's mobile data is not the same as Sunrise's. Regarding the internet, TV, and Mobile XL subscription with eSIM, it wasn't exactly straightforward. My complaint to Quickline was addressed quickly. I give my 5 stars to the Evolon Quickline shop in Lyss. My issues were handled and resolved immediately. Many thanks, that's how it should be! I was a Swisscom customer for 20 years and decided to switch to Quickline. 👍

What truly sets ESAG apart, and is unfortunately no longer a given among larger companies these days, is its excellent telephone accessibility during opening hours. Every time I called, there was always someone available who could either help me directly with my issue or connect me immediately with the appropriate person. This straightforward and efficient telephone service is remarkable and saves valuable time and stress. It's extremely pleasant to know that if you have questions or concerns, you won't be stuck on endless hold or wait in vain for a call back. The telephone representatives are friendly and appear well-trained to handle inquiries and forward them accordingly.

It's a shame, I was actually always happy with Quickline and recommended it everywhere. Since we moved two years ago, nothing has worked. The modem has been replaced twice, the internet is still terrible, and watching TV is reminiscent of the 70s. Although even then, you could watch movies without constant picture interference. We will definitely switch, because apart from replacing the modem, nothing is being done.
